The proximity to York, just a 25-minute drive, adds to its convenience for exploring. Kay and Dave are knowledgeable hosts who offered insightful recommendations for local walks. The village, a short stroll away, boasts charming scenery, and the nearby canal provides an enjoyable walking path. Facilities, including the outdoor dining area with BBQ and firepit, enhance the communal experience, perfect for family gatherings.
